OUR STORY

Emergency Fit was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between health and wellness and emergency services. After seeing the toll that high-stress enviorments, long shifts, and exposure to trauma takes on the first responders, our founders came together to develop a comphrensive program to help mitigate the risk of the front line. Their goal was to provide tailored support, promote resilience, and ensure those who protect our community have the tools to protect their own health and wellness.
